  1. Couples must be at least 18 years old;
  2. They must no be blood related;
  3. They can’t have the same adoptive parents;
  4. They must be single;
  5. Must be free to marry.

  1. Copy of your passport and arrival card;
  2. If you are divorced a copy of your divorce decree;
  3. If you are a widow a copy your your wife’s death certificate;
  4. A letter from your embassy to state that you are single;
  5. The letter from the embassy needs to be verified at the Foreign Affairs Office in Thailand
  6. A copy of your fiancees house papers; (If she is Thai)
  7. A copy of her ID card; (If she is Thai)
